Indigenous Community Support Fund: Needs-Based Funding

On August 12, an additional $305 million was announced through the Indigenous Community Support Fund. Of this amount, approximately $160 million is designated as need-based funding. Applications are now open for needs-based funding for First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities, as well as Indigenous organizations servicing Indigenous Peoples, including those living in urban centres and First Nations living off-reserve. In BC, health related requests will be shared with the First Nations Health Authority for input.
