Here are some answers to most frequently asked questions about membership.

How do I log in?

  To log in to the AFOA Canada website to review your membership and account information or to register.
  1. Select the  button at the very top of the website OR
  2. Enter your Username and Password
  3. You should be redirected back to the website 

I Can't Scroll?

  If you are on the afoa.ca website and you are unable to scroll, this means that you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). 

You must verify if the compatibility view settings for afoa.ca is removed.  To verify this, follow these steps:
  1. On our afoa.ca site, select TOOLS from the Internet Explorer Menu Bar*
  2. From the drop down menu, select COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS
  3. In the pop-up menu, you should see if afoa.ca is listed in the "Websites you've added to Compatibility View:"
  4. If it is listed, select afoa.ca and then select REMOVE
  5. Then select CLOSE
The page will automatically refresh and you should now be able to scroll and SIGN IN.

*I don't see the Menu bar in Internet Explorer

If you do not see the Menu bar, it is hidden.  In order to see the Menu bar you can perform the following steps:
  1. At the very top of the Window Pane, you will see a large blank area (just left of the minimize icon
  2. RIGHT-CLICK on your mouse and SELECT 'Menu Bar'
  3. Continue with steps above
