Creating a Decision Note (1-DAY, VIRTUAL)

Key elements in decision-making in many First Nations’ governments and other organizations ,“decision notes” are a means of setting out in writing for Indigenous leadership, an outline of the important considerations in making a decision by Chief and Council (or Board of Directors). This 1-day webinar will include: framing the issue at hand; how to set out alternative options, costs and possible implications. Guidance will also be provided on how to orally present this information effectively to decision-makers
